Delulu is internet shorthand for "delusional," often used self-aware and joking to describe holding onto romantic hope that isn't really backed by evidence. Mostly used affectionately — as in "delulu is the solulu" — a tongue-in-cheek nod to confidence sometimes getting you further than realism. Taken too literally, though, it can turn into ignoring actual signals someone's not interested.
