Dating, Decoded:

Polycule

What is a polycule? How polyamorous networks, metamours, and communication actually work.

A polycule is the network of people connected through a polyamorous relationship — not just the people dating each other, but the whole web of partners, metamours (your partner's other partners), and the connections between them. They can be small or sprawling, shaped like a chain or a web where everyone's connected to everyone. What makes one work isn't its size, it's communication — everyone involved generally knows who else is in the picture.
